There is a functional gap between the edge of the screen and the X button of the browser which isn't there with title bar activated, or on Windows with either setting. Perhaps if you disabled the title bar in FireFox, you could see what I mean about closing the browser window. The rest of my comments and screenshots were in regard to the original problem.

My only comment on Prnt Scrn is that you can't see my cursor. I think we're speaking at cross-purposes. Maybe you should make a video of your problem. It works great with or without the title bar.
